Position Description
Sales reps should have a strong community base. Reps. will generate leads by building relationships, cold calling, door knocking, etc. Interior Finish & Remodel will also provide free leads to sales reps. on a weekly basis or as available on a first come first serve basis. Sales reps should target leads that are related, but not limited to the following: New construction builds, kitchen & bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, new cabinetry & countertops, interior door and trim replacement, custom showers, flooring replacements, home additions, exterior updates e.g. vinyl siding replacement, LP smart siding replacement, roofing replacement, window and exterior door replacement.
Position Requirements
1. Valid Driver’s License.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience required in residential construction sales.
3. Minimum 5 years experience required in sales.
4. Ability and willingness to travel throughout Bismarck/Mandan & surrounding areas (within 75 miles of the main office).
5. Strong References Required.
6. LinkedIn or professional account preferred.
Position Compensation
100% commision based pay
Commissions are based on performance
